Rick Kardos email:
Rick is the Executive Director for New England of the National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families. He came to know East Hill Church in the spring of 2002 at a Pure Desire Seminar in Massachusetts while heading up the Men’s Ministry at his local church. After that initial meeting he and his wife, Vicki, visited East Hill to learn more about the full range of group work in the Pure Desire Ministry program. They returned to their home in Bedford, NH where he was the principal of an executive recruitment firm and member of a growing non-denominational church, Christ’s Church of Amherst.
In 2003 he and Vicki co-founded The Nathan Project, a ministry for men struggling with sexual addiction, their wives, and families. At the core of that new ministry was Pure Desire’s FMO (For Men Only) and FWO (For Women Only – Healing the Betrayed Heart). In 2004 he closed his business to pursue full time ministry with the National Coalition and they incorporated The Nathan Project and FMO/FWO as part of their ministry offerings. East Hill’s Pure Desire Ministries and the National Coalition became strategic partners in 2006 and as part of that partnership Rick was invited to join the Pure Desire Seminar team. He and his wife along with three grown children continue to make their home in southern New Hampshire where they celebrated the birth of their second grandchild in November of 2005.
