2020 had many of us close to emotional collapse. Anxiety, depression, loneliness, and fear continue to soar. We are trying to navigate this new normal the best we can, but one thing is true: our emotional health is at risk.

In the midst of these uncertain times, how do we start rebuilding our emotional health? How does our emotional health impact relationships? How does our emotional health connect to our recovery?

On Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. (PST) we’ll discuss ways to improve our emotional health and give us tools to help start rebuilding emotional health during these uncertain times.

This webinar is FREE, but registration is required.
