    Appreciate the Podcast. As a guy whose always about emotions, I did want to caution discussing emotions too much. Yes, it’s a great thing to do, especially in PD groups where alot of us need to learn what sharing emotions in a healthy way looks like. However, if all we do is talk and process our emotions, we’ll never get out of ourselves. I still have trouble getting out of myself and how I feel – good or bad. You do really great pushing us to explore our emotions and I really appreciate that part of it, but there needs to be a balance.
