Group Policies
When registering for a Pure Desire online group, you agree to the following policies.
Refund and Change Policy
Refund Policy
A refund can only be requested within 72 hours of purchase.
I understand once the online group begins, my seat in this group cannot be resold by Pure Desire Ministries or by Me and I agree to be liable for the purchase price in its entirety regardless of my attendance or personal circumstances.
Admin Fee
All refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee from the purchase price to cover transaction fees and administrative costs.
Group Change Fees
There will be a $75 convenience fee for changing groups after registration and prior to group starting. Changing groups after your group has started will require you to purchase a new seat in the new group.
Leader Guarantee
I understand if the leader is unable to lead the group to completion for any reason, Pure Desire will offer group members an optional replacement group or a full refund. *
Before You Register
Registering for Yourself
We understand you want to help someone you care about. Due to the personal nature of our healing process, we require each individual to register using their own Pure Desire account. This ensures they receive the personalized support they need. We're here to walk alongside you on your own journey too!

Please ensure you have completed any prerequisites your group requires before registering.
Current Legal Issues
If you have any current legal issues, please contact rich@puredesire.org before signing up for an online group.
Emergency Contact
We will ask you for an emergency contact. It must be someone other than yourself.
Payment Authorization
At checkout you authorize Pure Desire Ministries International to charge 100% of your purchase that day. If you choose a payment plan, you instead authorize a partial charge that day and automatic billing of the same card for the remaining balance in equal payments approximately 30 days apart.
Materials and Shipping
Digital materials are included free with every registration. If you choose printed materials, the workbook itself is free and shipping typically costs $10–$17 for US addresses.
