My husband is currently in the conquer series at our church. I feel left alone without support or group like my husband has. I’m so thankful for what he has but I do wish we had support for the women in our church. It’s still hush-hush and it’s a hard thing to talk about. But I personally have been dealing with a lot of depression since I confronted my husband a little less than a year ago and he finally owned up to the truth. I’m not sure where to start.
I feel your frustration. Every time I look into the groups online they are filled. I have been praying and looking for a group for a while now.
Finding out my spouse is a sex addict has been devastating. Even more devastating is the fact that the church supports the men addicts with groups and ignores the women. What good is the church when it’s for men only?
