Enjoyed the conversation between Trevor, Nick and Tyler as they described the differences between a lapse and a relapse. Key takeaways for me: Shame is not an ally of recovery; As season of life changes, you have to be aware of those changes and may want to revisit your 3 circles; lastly, its not that we experience shame, its what we do with shame that matters.
