CHAPTER OUTCOMES

This resource is created for women who struggle with relationship issues: anything from sex or love addiction to behaviors that lead to a destructive lifestyle. The content in each chapter is intended to facilitate a path toward healing. While it is true that growth and change take time, the content and focus of each chapter will provide the steppingstones we need in order to create a new path of sustainable, lifelong health—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Over the next several months, we will gain insight into our behaviors, discover what is at the core of our actions, and develop a greater understanding of how we can move to a place of health. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ll learn in each chapter:
