Great episode! I see these patterns of isolation and escape in my addiction battle. Thanks gentlemen for talking about this!

Thank you guys. I have been in several groups for over 10 years. But now I am not at moment in a group. 2 of the guys who were in groups with me do not return calls or texts. About a week ago I was assaulted by 2 female 1st nation women with a 6 inch hunting knife. Praise God for His Intervention, I escaped and God provided several people who He placed where and when they needed to be. My attackers were caught without incident in 3.5 hours and my stolen taxi and personal items as well. Isolation has been a part of my coping mechanism since this happened on Monday November 11th. My wife does not let me get away with being alone and not taking. Your podcast was very helpful. I must be careful what I share as the legal process is ongoing. I value your prayer. I am increasing my boundaries and making those walls higher and thicker because I know I must. Blessings my brothers keep up the great work.
